The rooms are nice and the decor shows much attention to detail. You also get to enjoy the lovely views of the bridge and the Manhattan skyline. The rooms also have a water refill station so you don’t have to worry about having your water bottles on at all times.
The environment is also very friendly and is eco-certified. The hotel has a beautiful park, lush waterfront, and a restaurant with a tasty menu list.
You can also enjoy perfectly brewed drinks at Harriet Rooftop which is the rooftop bar on the roof of the building or amazing food in Neighbors — the cute cafe within the building.
The hotel also has a beautiful pool area in which you’ll need to make reservations. I do suggest that you go in the morning to avoid the crowds. Between 7:00 am to 9:00 am should be your best bet.
The hotel staff is very helpful and incredibly friendly.
To top it up, there’s free WiFi and a complimentary breakfast — bills on the house.
2. Mr. C Seaport

The rooms are so spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms are also modern and promise you a comfortable bathing experience
The restaurant’s Bellini which is within the hotel has excellent food options and offers well-prepared meals. The hotel also gives you the option of taking your favorite booze in the gorgeous bar area with skilled and ready-to-serve bartenders.
The staff is very professional, friendly and pays so much attention to details.
There is also an in-house gym that is open to all. However, if you’re tall or over a 5’9 then you may not want to try the gym as their ceiling is very low.
3. The Tillary Hotel Brooklyn

The Tillary Hotel in Brooklyn is less than 10 minutes walk away from the Brooklyn Bridge and Dumbo, the subway, and the Manhattan Bridge. It is also close to touristy areas and a police station making it a safe spot for travelers and tourists.
This budget-friendly yet contemporary hotel has moderately sized rooms and a beautiful lobby with fun games.
The mini restaurant menu also has a good variety of snacks and fruits — oven meals are not available.
The location is less crowded and the entire hotel is beautifully decorated. You will love the ambiance. There are also good options of food nearby and provisions for a bar and gym in the hotel — lose some steam and hit the gym!
The staff is very well behaved and offers impeccable services. Be sure of a seamless check-in and check-out. The housekeeping is also very tidy and always ready to discharge duties.
4. Redford Hotel

The Redford hotel is a 13-minute drive away from Dumbo through the Manhattan Bridge. It has clean rooms, lovely beds, and a comfortable bathroom.
The rooms are well priced, decently sized, well maintained, and reasonable for the services they offer. You do not have access to many TV options too and the space would work more conveniently for three persons (at most).
The balcony on the 7th floor allows for smoking so you don’t have to go outside to do so.
The air conditioners are in good working condition and the room can be very quiet especially when the window is closed.
The location is also very ideal. The restaurants and bars nearby have a wide variety of tasty meals and drinks and are at a good distance from the hotel. There are also many convenient shops around and it is easy to locate the subway station from there.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and you are assured of consistent room service throughout your stay.
5. Ace Hotel Brooklyn

I love spacious and super-comfortable rooms, more reason why I chose this amazing hotel close to Downtown and 9 mins away from Dumbo if you use the Brooklyn Bridge.
From the building to the location, to the setting, to the room, and the staffing — every part of this hotel blows my mind away. They are also super accommodating with pets — a huge deal closer. The rooms are also very clean and soundproof so you can enjoy your space to the fullest without disturbing others.
The aura of the rooms is so trendy and inviting. The designs in the room are lovely and each fitting and furniture was carefully thought out. I was able to dim all light fixtures and turn off all lights at once using the switches by the bed and front door.
The furnishings are so attractive and the beddings are incredibly comfortable. There is also a turntable for playing music in the rooms. The shower is so beautifully designed with good water pressure that I wanted to take it home.
The staff is well-mannered and professional and the hotel bar and restaurant areas are very enticing. They are always very cheerful and ready to help.
There is also a provision for self-care kits in every room with excellent choices of non-allergenic soaps and hair care products. You also get to enjoy the beautiful views of the city from the full-length windows in the rooms.
6. NU Hotel Brooklyn

Looking for a comfortable spot with a good lounge area to work with the WiFi? Then, NU Hotel Brooklyn is a safe-walking distance from Dumbo and the Brooklyn Bridge. The lounge has a high bench with high stools so you don’t have to strain your back while working.
The rooms are very spacious and properly cleaned, and the lobby is a beautiful sight. The size of the room and choice of furnishing is excellent.
The highlight of the room aside from the beautiful room fittings is the spacious shower and comfortable pillows. I sometimes don’t want to leave the bed and when I do, I don’t want to leave the bathroom.
You have access to a fast internet connection, free coffee, and an ample breakfast — Bills on the house!
It is easy to check in and check out too as the hotel allows this to be done early. There is a beautiful painting in the lounge by Kristen Haskell — I couldn’t help but stare. Plus, they are sanitizers throughout the hotel. I stan a healthy hotel!
I did notice cracks in some spots on the shower tile but compared to all the comfortability I stood to gain? Definitely, not a deal-breaker.
7. New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge

New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge prides itself as one of the hotels with large rooms in the area. The hotel is clean, properly maintained, and in a very safe location.
It is roughly a 15 minutes walk to Dumbo and close to the subway that can get you to just about anywhere in the area.
The hotel is also very close to the Brooklyn Bridge and allows you a good walk and view of Manhattan. The rooms are also incredibly spacious and clean with high ceilings and wide windows. They come with a sizeable settee and table.
The front desk staff is very friendly and sociable. The entire staff is also very accomodating, helpful and well organized.
You are also offered an impressive breakfast in the M Club Lounge. I had a buffet of sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and veggies and it was delicious.
This is your best bet if you’re looking for a spacious yet stylish place to stay around Dumbo.
8. Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown

Located in a very busy but convenient criss-cross is the Hampton Inn Brooklyn/Downtown. The hotel is 3 miles away from the Brooklyn Bridge and the famous Brooklyn Museum, and a walking distance to Dumbo. There is also a parking garage right next door.
The highlight of the hotel is the customer service. You get to be welcomed by the sweetest and loveliest souls at the front desk. They are extremely responsive, very helpful in following up with your request, and providing you with any other service you might require.
The hotel provides free hot coffee/chocolate/tea all day and you also get free breakfast. There’s also just enough space on the first floor to talk and eat if you don’t want to do so in your hotel rooms. The hotel bar team is very nice and welcoming.
The rooms are always very clean and have comfortable beds with beautiful frames that’ll make your night experience one you’d always want to have.
There is also a mini-refrigerator in each of the rooms. It is also very easy to get an Uber to any part of the city from here.
9. Hilton Brooklyn New York

From the front desk staff to the housekeepers, every staff at the Hilton Brooklyn New York is amazing and offers great professional services.
The hotel is less than a 15-minute driving distance from Dumbo and has very tidy rooms that come with comfortable beds.
This exquisite hotel is situated close to a lot of fun spots like shopping stores and restaurants. The in-house restaurant is only open in the morning for breakfast.
You also get to enjoy your favorite salads, hot snacks, and other meals in the Happy Hour served on Mondays to Fridays (6:00 pm to 8:00 pm).
Gold and Diamond members also get a free buffet breakfast which is served in either the breakfast room or the executive lounge.
The hotel is very clean and there’s always a timestamp to show when last the elevators were disinfected — which is normally hourly.
10. Even Hotel Brooklyn

The Even Brooklyn is a nice hotel located in a perfect location and with just about everything you’ll need to have a beautiful stay. It is located close to BAM and has easy access to all of Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Dumbo by train.
The environment and rooms are very clean and most of the rooms come with workout equipment so you can stay fit despite all the tempting food in the area. There are Yoga mats in the rooms too if you’re the type that loves meditation.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff at the desk is always present and very attentive. The room service is consistent and would remain cheerful and always ready to help throughout your stay.
The contemporarily decorated and large rooms, comfortable beds, stunning towels, elegant linens, and beautiful room arrangement will make you enjoy every bit of your visit.
However, the beds are not so comfortable for a 6’ but are surely manageable. Plus the demeanor and freshness of the atmosphere will complement whatever discomfort you get to experience.
Out of tens of hotels in the area, these selected few are your best stop for whatever your preference would be based on your style, budget, and of course nearness to Dumbo.
