The restaurant opens around 11:30, which gives you just about 2 hours to enjoy the special. If you don’t like rushing or your commute is unpredictable, this might not be the best option for you.
Also, keep in mind that the meat selection at lunch is not as good as at dinner.
How The All-You-Can-Eat Works
After being seated, you can head over to the buffet tables to select your preferences. They have appetizers, sides, meat, and dessert. Remember to take enough plates to keep your cooked and uncooked food separate.
You can take as much as you want of any available options and still go back for more. Each table comes with a grill so you can make your meat as rare or well done as you like.

To maximize time, I would recommend starting with some pre-cooked options. Next, grill the thinly sliced meat like short ribs or bulgogi. After, you can move on to the thicker meat selections as they will take the most time to cook.
If there’s still time, you can go back for anything you felt was worth a second round.
