The woman who was a human resource manager in one big law firm resigned to try her hands in the pizza business, not knowing how big her dream would blow.
Johns of Times Square makes all its pizzas using their four old coal-fired brick ovens that make different pizzas each time— no two pizzas come out similar.
The ovens with no thermostat for heat control are operated by pizza men who went through thorough training for months to become experts.
